EXPRESSING SUPPORT FOR THE DESIGNATION OF MAY 17, 2021, AS ``DIPG
PEDIATRIC BRAIN CANCER AWARENESS DAY''
Mr. SCHUMER. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate
proceed to the consideration of S. Res. 231, submitted earlier today.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title.
The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:
A resolution (S. Res. 231) expressing support for the
designation of May 17, 2021, as ``DIPG Pediatric Brain Cancer
Awareness Day'' to raise awareness of and encourage research
on diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma tumors and pediatric
cancers in general.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the
resolution.
Mr. SCHUMER. I ask unanimous consent that the resolution be agreed
to, the preamble be agreed to, and that the motions to reconsider be
considered made and laid upon the table with no intervening action or
debate.
