CONGRATULATING THE STUDENTS, PARENTS, TEACHERS, AND LEADERS OF CHARTER 
 SCHOOLS ACROSS THE UNITED STATES FOR MAKING ONGOING CONTRIBUTIONS TO 
   EDUCATION, AND SUPPORTING THE IDEALS AND GOALS OF THE 22ND ANNUAL 
  NATIONAL CHARTER SCHOOLS WEEK, TO BE HELD MAY 9 THROUGH MAY 15, 2021

  Mr. SCHUMER. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the consideration of S. Res. 230, submitted earlier today.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 230) congratulating the students, 
     parents, teachers, and leaders of charter schools across the 
     United States for making ongoing contributions to education, 
     and supporting the ideals and goals of the 22nd annual 
     National Charter Schools Week, to be held May 9 through May 
     15, 2021.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolution.
  Mr. SCHUMER. I ask unanimous consent that the resolution be agreed 
to, the preamble be agreed to, and the motions to reconsider be 
considered made and laid upon the table with no intervening action or 
debate.
