   COMPTROLLER OF CURRENCY RELATING TO ``NATIONAL BANKS AND FEDERAL 
          SAVINGS ASSOCIATIONS AS LENDERS''--Motion to Proceed

  Mr. VAN HOLLEN. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Senate proceed to legislative session.

  Mr. VAN HOLLEN. I move to proceed to Calendar No. 57, S.J. Res. 15.

       Motion to proceed to Calendar No. 57, S.J. Res. 15, a joint 
     resolution providing for congressional disapproval under 
     chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule 
     submitted by the Office of the Comptroller of Currency 
     relating to ``National Banks and Federal Savings Associations 
     as Lenders''.
