 CONDEMNING THE HORRIFIC ATTACK IN INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA, ON APRIL 15, 
 2021, AND EXPRESSING SUPPORT AND PRAYERS FOR ALL OF THOSE IMPACTED BY 
                              THAT TRAGEDY

  Ms. SMITH. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Committee 
on the Judiciary be discharged from further consideration and the 
Senate now proceed to S. Res. 203.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 203) condemning the horrific attack 
     in Indianapolis, Indiana, on April 15, 2021, and expressing 
     support and prayers for all of those impacted by that 
     tragedy.

  There being no objection, the committee was discharged, and the 
Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
  Ms. SMITH. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the resolution 
be agreed to, the preamble be agreed to, and that the motions to 
reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table.
