ORDERS FOR TUESDAY, MAY 11, 2021
Ms. SMITH. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 10 a.m., Tuesday,
May 11; that following the prayer and pledge, the morning hour be
deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the
time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day,
and morning business be closed; further, that upon conclusion of
morning business, the Senate proceed to executive session to resume
consideration of the nomination of Andrea Palm, to be Deputy Secretary
of Health and Human Services; that at 11:30 a.m., all postcloture time
on the Palm nomination be considered expired; that the Senate recess
following the cloture vote on the Marten nomination until 2:15 p.m. to
allow for the weekly caucus meetings; that, if cloture is invoked on
the Marten nomination, all postcloture debate time be considered
expired at 2:30 p.m.; and, finally, that if any of the nominations are
confirmed, that the motions to reconsider be considered made and laid
upon the table with no intervening action or debate and the President
be immediately notified of the Senate's actions.

Ms. SMITH. For the information of Senators, there will be two
rollcall votes at 11:30 a.m. and at least one rollcall vote at 2:30
p.m. Additional rollcall votes are expected during Tuesday's session.
