ORDERS FOR MONDAY, MAY 3, 2021
Mr. KAINE. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that when the
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn to then convene for pro
forma sessions only, with no business being considered, on the
following dates and times, and that following each pro forma session,
the Senate adjourn until the next pro forma session: Monday, May 3, at
12:45 p.m., and Thursday, May 6, at 4 p.m.
I further ask that when the Senate adjourn on Thursday, May 6, it
next convene at 3 p.m., Monday, May 10; further, that following the
prayer and pledge, the morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of
proceedings be approved to date, the time for the two leaders be
reserved for their use later that day, and morning business be closed;
further, that upon the conclusion of morning business, the Senate
proceed to executive session to resume consideration of Executive
Calendar No. 69, Andrea Joan Palm, of Wisconsin, to be Deputy Secretary
of Health and Human Services; finally, that the cloture motions filed
during today's session ripen at 5:30 p.m.
