  Mr. DURBIN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the

postcloture time on the Power nomination expire at 3:30 p.m. today, and 
that if confirmed, the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid 
upon the table and the President be immediately notified of the 
Senate's action; that following disposition of the nomination, the 
Senate resume legislative session and vote on the passage of calendar 
No. 48, S.J. Res. 14, and that if passed, the motion to reconsider be 
considered made and laid upon the table.
