ORDERS FOR WEDNESDAY, APRIL 28, 2021
Ms. DUCKWORTH. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that when the
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 10 a.m.,
Wednesday, April 28; that following the prayer and pledge, the morning
hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date,
the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the
day, and the Senate proceed to a period of morning business, with
Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each; finally,
that the cloture motion on the Power nomination ripen at 12:30 p.m.

Ms. DUCKWORTH. For the information of Senators, members attending the
joint session of Congress should gather in the Senate Chamber at 8:15
p.m. to proceed as a body to the Hall of the House for President Joe
Biden's address.
