  DRINKING WATER AND WASTEWATER INFRASTRUCTURE ACT OF 2021--MOTION TO 
                                PROCEED

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Cloture having been invoked, the Senate will 
resume legislative session and consideration of the motion to proceed, 
which the clerk will report.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       Motion to proceed to S. 914, a bill to amend the Safe 
     Drinking Water Act and the Federal Water Pollution Control 
     Act to reauthorize programs under those Acts, and for other 
     purposes.
