                           EXECUTIVE CALENDAR

  Ms. BALDWIN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to executive session to consider the following nomination: 
Calendar No. 59, Deanne Bennett Criswell, of New York, to be 
Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Department of 
Homeland Security; that the cloture motion be withdrawn, the nomination 
be confirmed, and the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid 
upon the table with no intervening action or debate; that no further 
motions be in order to the nomination; and that the President be 
immediately notified of the Senate's action and the Senate then resume 
legislative session.
