   HONORING AND RECOGNIZING THE PATRIOTISM AND SERVICE TO THE UNITED 
 STATES PROVIDED BY VETERANS SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS DURING THE COVID-19 
                                PANDEMIC

  Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Committee on Veterans' Affairs be discharged from further consideration 
and the Senate now proceed to S. Res. 143.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 143) to honor and recognize the 
     patriotism and service to the United States provided by 
     Veterans Service Organizations during the COVID-19 pandemic.

  There being no objection, the committee was discharged, and the 
Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
  Mr. SCHUMER. I ask unanimous consent that the resolution be agreed 
to, the preamble be agreed to, and that the motions to reconsider be 
considered made and laid upon the table.
