                           EXECUTIVE CALENDAR

  Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to executive session to consider the following nomination: 
Calendar No. 60; that the nomination be confirmed; that the motion to 
reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table with no 
intervening or debate; that no further motions be in order to the 
nomination; that the President be immediately notified of the Senate's 
action; and that the Senate resume legislative section.
