  Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I understand there are two bills at the 
desk due for a second reading en bloc.

       A bill (S. 1216) to extend the temporary scheduling order 
     for fentanyl-related substances.
       A bill (H.R. 7) to amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 
     1938 to provide more effective remedies to victims of 
     discrimination in

     the payment of wages on the basis of sex, and for other 
     purposes.

  Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, in order to place the bills on the 
calendar under the provisions of rule XIV, I would object to further 
proceeding en bloc.
