                          NOMINATION REFERRAL

  Mr. SCHUMER. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that, as if in 
executive session, the nomination of Shannon Estenoz, of Florida, to be 
Assistant Secretary for Fish and Wildlife, sent to the Senate by the 
President on April 19, 2021, be referred jointly to the Committee on 
Energy and Natural Resources and the Committee on Environment and 
Public Works.
