                   ORDERS FOR MONDAY, APRIL 19, 2021

  Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 3 p.m., Monday, 
April 19; that following the prayer and pledge, the morning hour be 
deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the 
time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day, 
and morning business be closed; that upon the conclusion of morning 
business, the Senate resume consideration of S. 937, the COVID hate 
crimes legislation; that at 5:30 p.m., the Senate proceed to executive 
session to resume consideration of the Monaco nomination and the Senate 
vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination; that if cloture 
is invoked, all postcloture time be considered expired and the vote on 
confirmation occur at a time to be determined by the majority leader, 
in consultation with the Republican leader, on Tuesday, April 20; 
finally, that following the cloture vote, the Senate resume legislative 
session.
