 REMEMBERING THE 5TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE TERRORIST ATTACKS AT BRUSSELS 
           AIRPORT AND THE MAALBEEK METRO STATION IN BELGIUM

  Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Committee on Foreign Relations be discharged from further consideration 
and the Senate now proceed to S. Res. 130.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 130) remembering the 5th anniversary 
     of the terrorist attacks at Brussels Airport and the Maalbeek 
     metro station in Belgium and honoring the victims of the 
     terrorist attacks.

  There being no objection, committee was discharged, and the Senate 
proceeded to consider the resolution.
  Mr. SCHUMER. I ask unanimous consent that the resolution be agreed 
to, the preamble be agreed to, and the motions to reconsider be 
considered made and laid upon the table.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
