COVID-19 BANKRUPTCY RELIEF EXTENSION ACT OF 2021
Mr. MURPHY. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate
proceed to the immediate consideration of H.R. 1651, which was received
from the House and is at the desk.

The legislative clerk read as follows:
A bill (H.R. 1651) to amend the CARES Act to extend the
sunset for the definition of a small business debtor, and for
other purposes.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
Mr. MURPHY. I further ask that the Durbin amendment at the desk be
considered and agreed to; that the bill, as amended, be considered read
three times and passed; and that the motion to reconsider be considered
made and laid upon the table with no intervening action or debate.
