  Mr. DURBIN. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that cloture on

Calendar No. 30, the nomination of Adewale O. Adeyemo, to be Deputy 
Secretary of the Treasury, be withdrawn and, notwithstanding rule XXII, 
on Thursday, March 25, at a time to be determined by the majority 
leader in consultation with the Republican leader, the Senate proceed 
to executive session and vote on the nomination without intervening 
action or debate; that if confirmed, the motion to reconsider be 
considered made and laid upon the table with no intervening action or 
debate; further, that no further motions be in order, that any related 
statements be printed in the Record, that the President be immediately 
notified of the Senate's action, and the Senate then resume legislative 
session.
