                      RESOLUTIONS SUBMITTED TODAY

  Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
now proceed to the en bloc consideration of the following Senate 
resolutions, which were submitted earlier today: S. Res. 110, S. Res. 
111, S. Res. 112, and S. Res. 113.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Is there objection to proceeding en bloc?
  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolutions en bloc.
  Mr. SCHUMER. I ask unanimous consent that the resolutions be agreed 
to; that the preambles, where applicable, be agreed to; and that the 
motions to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table, all 
en bloc.
