                       Vote on Haaland Nomination

  The PRESIDING OFFICER (Mr. Lujan). The question is, Will the Senate 
advise and consent to the Haaland nomination?

  Mr. DURBIN. I announce that the Senator from Colorado (Mr. Bennet), 
the Senator from Colorado (Mr. Hickenlooper), and the Senator from 
Hawaii (Ms. Hirono) are necessarily absent.
  Mr. THUNE. The following Senators are necessarily absent: the Senator 
from Wyoming (Mr. Barrasso), the Senator from Tennessee (Mr. Hagerty), 
the Senator from Wyoming (Ms. Lummis), the Senator from Kansas (Mr.
