                   ORDERS FOR MONDAY, MARCH 15, 2021

  Mr. SCHUMER. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 3 p.m., Monday, 
March 15; further, that following the prayer and pledge, the morning 
hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, 
the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the 
day, and morning business be closed; further, that following morning 
business, the Senate proceed to executive session and resume 
consideration of the Haaland nomination, with all postcloture time 
expiring at 5:30 p.m.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  Mr. SCHUMER. Now, at 5:30 p.m. there will be a rollcall vote on 
confirmation of the Haaland nomination to be Secretary of the Interior.
  As a reminder, cloture was filed today on the Guzman nomination to be 
Administrator of the Small Business Administration and on the Tai 
nomination to be United States Trade Representative.
