              PROTECTING THE RIGHT TO ORGANIZE ACT OF 2021

  The SPEAKER pro tempore (Mr. Mfume). Pursuant to clause 1(c) of rule 
XIX, further consideration of the bill (H.R. 842) to amend the National 
Labor Relations Act, the Labor Management Relations Act, 1947, and the 
Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959, and for other 
purposes, will now resume.
