                           NATIONAL FFA WEEK

  Ms. SMITH. As if in legislative session, I ask unanimous consent the 
Senate proceed to the consideration of S. Res. 83, submitted earlier 
today.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 83) expressing support for the 
     designation of February 20 through February 27, 2021, as 
     ``National FFA Week'', recognizing the important role of the 
     National FFA Organization in developing the next generation 
     of leaders who will change the world, and celebrating 50 
     years of National FFA Organization Alumni and Supporters.

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Is there objection to proceeding to the 
measure?
  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolution.
  Ms. SMITH. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the resolution 
be agreed to, the preamble be agreed to, and the motions to reconsider 
be considered made and laid upon the table with no intervening action 
or debate.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Is there objection?
  Without objection, it is so ordered.
