  SA 355. Mr. THUNE submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by 
him to the concurrent resolution S. Con. Res. 5, setting forth the 
congressional budget for the United States Government for fiscal year 
2021 and setting forth the appropriate budgetary levels for fiscal 
years 2022 through 2030; which was ordered to lie on the table; as 
follows:

       At the appropriate place, insert the following:

     SEC. ___. SENSE OF THE SENATE RELATING TO THE FREEZE ON 
                   CORONAVIRUS FOOD ASSISTANCE PROGRAM PAYMENTS.

       It is the sense of the Senate that the Department of 
     Agriculture should provide relief to agricultural producers 
     by lifting the freeze on Coronavirus Food Assistance Program 
     payments.
