           HONORING THE LIFE AND LEGACY OF HENRY LOUIS AARON

  Mr. SCHUMER. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Committee on the Judiciary be discharged from further consideration and 
the Senate now proceed to S. Res. 23.

       A resolution (S. Res. 23) honoring the life and legacy of 
     Henry Louis Aaron.
