notwithstanding rule XXII, at 1:45 p.m., tomorrow, Thursday, January 
28, the Senate vote on cloture on Executive Calendar No. 4, Alejandro 
Mayorkas; that if cloture is invoked, the vote on confirmation be at 5 
p.m., Monday, February 1.
