                           ORDER OF BUSINESS

  Mr. SCHUMER. Madam President, just to let the Members know the order 
of business, we will first install Senator Leahy as President pro 
tempore. We will then have some other mechanical business. I will then 
give my maiden speech as majority leader of the U.S. Senate, and then 
we will--

--and then we will hear from Senator McConnell.
  There may be a vote this evening.
