MALALA YOUSAFZAI SCHOLARSHIP ACT
Mr. BOOZMAN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the
Committee on Foreign Relations be discharged from further consideration
of H.R. 4508 and the Senate proceed to its immediate consideration.

available to Pakistani women under the Merit and Needs-Based
Scholarship Program.
