                     EASTERN EUROPEAN SECURITY ACT

  Mr. BOOZMAN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Committee on Foreign Relations be discharged from further consideration 
of H.R. 2444 and the Senate proceed to its immediate consideration.

       A bill (H.R. 2444) to authorize the Secretary of State to 
     make direct loans under section 23 of the Arms Export Control 
     Act, and for other purposes.
