                              APPOINTMENTS

  Mr. BOOZMAN. The Chair, on behalf of the President pro tempore, upon 
the recommendation of the Majority Leader, pursuant to Public Law 116-
113, and in consultation with the Chairman of the Senate Committee on 
Finance, appoints the following individuals to the Independent Mexico 
Labor Expert Board: Kyle Fortson of the District of Columbia and 
Charlotte Ponticelli of Maryland.
