DIRECT ENHANCEMENT OF SNAPPER CONSERVATION AND THE ECONOMY THROUGH
NOVEL DEVICES ACT OF 2020
Mr. CORNYN. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the
Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation be discharged from
further consideration of H.R. 5126 and the Senate proceed to its
immediate consideration.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
The bill clerk read as follows:
A bill (H.R. 5126) to require individuals fishing for Gulf
reef fish to use certain descending devices, and for other
purposes.
There being no objection, the committee was discharged, and the
Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
