         JULIUS ROSENWALD AND THE ROSENWALD SCHOOLS ACT OF 2020

  Mr. CORNYN. Madam President, I now ask unanimous consent that the 
Senate proceed to the immediate consideration of H.R. 3250, which was 
received from the House.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The bill clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 3250) to require the Secretary of the Interior 
     to conduct a special resource study of the sites associated 
     with the life and legacy of the noted American philanthropist 
     and business executive Julius Rosenwald, with a special focus 
     on the Rosenwald Schools, and for other purposes.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
  Mr. CORNYN. I ask unanimous consent that the bill be considered read 
a third time.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The bill was ordered to a third reading and was read the third time.
  Mr. CORNYN. I know of no further debate on the bill.
