      MAKING FURTHER CONTINUING APPROPRIAIONS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2021

  Mr. SCOTT of South Carolina. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent 
that the Senate proceed to the immediate consideration of H.J. Res. 
110.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the joint resolution by 
title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A joint resolution (H.J. Res. 110) making further 
     continuing appropriations for fiscal year 2021, and for other 
     purposes.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the joint 
resolution.
  Mr. SCOTT of South Carolina. Mr President, I ask unanimous consent 
that the joint resolution be considered read a third time.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The joint resolution was ordered to a third reading and was read the 
third time.
  Mr. SCOTT of South Carolina. I know of no further debate on the joint 
resolution.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. If there is no further debate, the joint 
resolution having been read the third time, the question is, Shall the 
joint resolution pass?
  The joint resolution (H.J. Res. 110) was passed.
  Mr. SCOTT of South Carolina. I ask unanimous consent that the motion 
to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table.
