CIRCULATING COLLECTIBLE COIN REDESIGN ACT OF 2020
Mr. BRAUN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the committee
on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs be discharged from further
consideration of H.R. 1923 and that the Senate proceed to its immediate
consideration.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:
A bill (H.R. 1923) to amend title 31, United States Code,
to require the Secretary of the Treasury to mint and issue
certain circulating collectible coins, and for other
purposes.
There being no objection, the committee was discharged, and the
Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
Mr. BRAUN. I ask unanimous consent that the Cortez Masto amendment,
which is at the desk, be considered and agreed to; that the bill, as
amended, be considered read a third time and passed; and that the
motion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table.

At the end, add the following:
SEC. 8. COST.
No coin or medal minted and issued under this Act, or an
amendment made by this Act, may be sold at a price such that
would result in a net cost to the Federal Government.
The amendment was ordered to be engrossed and the bill to be read a
third time.
The bill was read the third time.
The bill (H.R. 1923), as amended, was passed.
