                  COMBATING PANDEMIC SCAMS ACT OF 2020

  Mr. BRAUN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Committee 
on Commerce, Science, and Transportation be discharged from further 
consideration of H.R. 6435 and the Senate proceed to its immediate 
consideration.

       A bill (H.R. 6435) to direct the Federal Trade Commission 
     to develop and disseminate information to the public about 
     scams related to COVID-19, and for other purposes.

  There being no objection, the committee was discharged, and the 
Senate proceeded to consider the bill.

third time and passed and the motion to reconsider be considered made 
and laid upon the table.
