        COORDINATED OCEAN OBSERVATIONS AND RESEARCH ACT OF 2020

  Mr. MORAN. Mr. President, I ask the Chair to lay before the Senate 
the message to accompany S. 914.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The Chair lays before the Senate a message 
from the House of Representatives.

       Resolved, That the bill from the Senate (S. 914) entitled 
     ``An Act to reauthorize the Integrated Coastal and Ocean 
     Observation System Act of 2009, to clarify the authority of 
     the Administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric 
     Administration with respect to post-storm assessments, and to 
     require the establishment of a National Water Center, and for 
     other purposes.'', do pass with an amendment.

  Mr. MORAN. Mr. President, I move to concur in the House amendment, 
and I ask unanimous consent that the motion be agreed to and that the 
motion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table.
