                       Vote on Kirsch Nomination

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, all postcloture time 
is expired.
  The question is, Will the Senate advise and consent to the Kirsch 
nomination?
  Ms. BALDWIN. Mr. President, I ask for the yeas and nays.
