REINVESTMENT AND EXPUNGEMENT ACT OF 2019
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on ordering the previous question on
the resolution (H. Res. 1244) providing for consideration of the bill
(H.R. 3884) to decriminalize and deschedule cannabis, to provide for
reinvestment in certain persons adversely impacted by the War on Drugs,
to provide for expungement of certain cannabis offenses, and for other
purposes, on which the yeas and nays were ordered.
