                       IMPACT AID RECOGNITION DAY

  Mr. PORTMAN. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to consideration of S. Res. 775, submitted earlier today.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 775) designating September 30, 2020, 
     as ``Impact Aid Recognition Day'' to recognize and celebrate 
     the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the Impact Aid 
     program.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolution.
  Mr. PORTMAN. I know of no further debate on the measure.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Is there further debate?
  If not, the question is on agreeing to the resolution.
  The resolution (S. Res. 775) was agreed to.
  Mr. PORTMAN. I ask unanimous consent that the preamble be agreed to 
and that the motions to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the 
table with no intervening action or debate.
