         NATIONAL DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS RECOGNITION WEEK

  Mr. PORTMAN. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to consideration of S. Res. 776, submitted earlier today.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.

  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 776) designating the week beginning 
     September 13, 2020, as ``National Direct Support 
     Professionals Recognition Week''.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolution.

to; that the preamble be agreed to; and that the motions to reconsider

or debate.
