        INTERNET OF THINGS CYBERSECURITY IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 2020

  Mr. PORTMAN. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the immediate consideration of H.R. 1668, which was received 
from the House and is at the desk.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 1668) to establish minimum security standards 
     for Internet of Things devices owned or controlled by the 
     Federal Government, and for other purposes.
