Vote On Lucas Nomination
The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, all postcloture time
has expired on the Lucas nomination.
The question is, Shall the Senate advise and consent to the Lucas
nomination?
Mr. ALEXANDER. Mr. President, I ask for the yeas and nays.

North Carolina (Mr. Tillis).
