thereon at 11:30 a.m., to be followed by a vote on the motion to invoke 
cloture on the nomination of Andrea R. Lucas, of Virginia, to be a 
Member of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
  At 2:15 p.m., if cloture is invoked, Senate will vote on confirmation
