  SA 2636. Mr. McCONNELL (for Mrs. Fischer) proposed an amendment to 
the resolution S. Res. 659, designating September 2020 as ``School Bus 
Safety Month''; as follows:

       In the sixth whereas clause of the preamble, strike 
     ``school districts'' and insert ``schools''.
