COORDINATED OCEAN OBSERVATIONS AND RESEARCH ACT OF 2019
Mr. SULLIVAN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate
proceed to the immediate consideration of Calendar No. 318, S. 914.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
The legislative clerk read as follows:
A bill (S. 914) to reauthorize the Integrated Coastal and
Ocean Observation System Act of 2009, to clarify the
authority of the Administrator of the National Oceanic and
Atmospheric Administration with respect to post-storm
assessments, and to require the establishment of a National
Water Center, and for other purposes.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. Is there objection to proceeding to the
measure?
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill,
which had been reported from the Committee on Commerce, Science, and
Transportation.
Mr. SULLIVAN. I ask unanimous consent that the Wicker substitute
amendment at the desk be agreed to; that the bill, as amended, be
considered read a third time and passed; and that the motion to
reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table.
