                         Vote on Kan Nomination

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, all postcloture time 
has expired.
  The question is, Will the Senate advise and consent to the Kan 
nomination?
  Mr. ALEXANDER. I ask for the yeas and nays.
