FOSTERING UNDERGRADUATE TALENT BY UNLOCKING RESOURCES FOR EDUCATION ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the question on concurring in the Senate
amendment to the bill (H.R. 2486) to reauthorize mandatory funding
programs for historically Black colleges and universities and other
minority-serving institutions, with the amendment specified in section
4(a) of House Resolution 891, on which the yeas and nays were ordered.
