PROVIDING FOR CONGRESSIONAL DISAPPROVAL OF RULE SUBMITTED BY OFFICE OF
THE COMPTROLLER OF THE CURRENCY RELATING TO ``COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT
ACT REGULATIONS''
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on passage of the joint resolution
(H.J. Res. 90) providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8
of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Office of
the Comptroller of the Currency relating to ``Community Reinvestment
Act Regulations'' on which the yeas and nays were ordered.
