  SA 2183. Ms. SINEMA (for herself and Mr. Cramer) submitted an 
amendment intended to be proposed by her to the

bill S. 4049, to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2021 for 
military activities of the Department of Defense, for military 
construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, 
to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for 
other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       At the end of subtitle A of title XXVIII, add the 
     following:

     SEC. 2803. MODIFICATION TO AUTHORITY FOR MILITARY 
                   CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS FOR CHILD DEVELOPMENT 
                   CENTERS AT MILITARY INSTALLATIONS.

       Section 2809(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act 
     for Fiscal Year 2020 is amended--
       (1) in paragraph (1), by inserting ``and annually 
     thereafter,'' after ``this Act,''; and
       (2) in paragraph (2)--
       (A) in subparagraph (A), by striking ``the report'' and 
     inserting ``a report''; and
       (B) in subparagraph (B), by inserting ``in which the 
     project is included'' before the period at the end.
