                      UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT

  Mr. GARDNER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
postcloture time with respect to the substitute amendment No. 1617 
expire at 5:30 p.m., Monday, June 15. I further ask that Senator Enzi 
or his designee be recognized prior to the vote on adoption of the 
substitute amendment to raise a budget point of order. Further, that 
following the raising of that point of order, Senator Gardner or his 
designee be recognized to make a motion to waive the point of order.
